The Project
Scratchcar is a vehicle repair shop in Florida, that needed assistance remaking their logo. The didn't have access to the original files for their logo or branding, and wanted to print new advertisements and mail ins. I made slight edits to the ends of the curved strokes, making them appear sharper, while leaving it mostly the same as per request. I did so based off an old picture of one of the their business cards, and used adobe illustrator to match it the best I could. This included going through numerous fonts, and font searching sites to find the closest match. The client was appreciative and was satisfied with their now accessible logo.
